Bassfreqs Podcast #014 - Discoloop

When first asked whether I’d be keen to do podcast I immediately belted out a mix that highlighted every style of dance music I’ve been in to over the last twenty years. Listening back, I realised the mish-mash of bassy house, happy hardcore, dancefloor wobble, batty garage, detroit techno and goodness knows what else sounded like shit. So I knocked together this ‘subdued’ version, starting with a basic “UK bass” template and teasing things out from there. The result is little more than an opportunity to show off what an awesome taste in music I have, for once without my cock in my hand.
